Spouse Visa Extension or ILR

Hi, my wife is living in UK from 2006, first as my dependent (student, PSW and Tier 1 G) and then on a Spouse visa (valid June2013-June2015) after I got my ILR (in May2013 under 10yr route). Is she eligible for ILR in June2015? OR she needs to go through 5 year route for ILR because she applied for spouse visa after July2012?
The current eligibility criteria for ILR states that one need to be living in the UK with a ‘partner of a settled person’ visa that is applied before 9 July 2012. This is a bit confusing for me since I am not sure whether dependent visa can be classified as 'partner of a settled person' visa.
Any clarification here would be much appreciated.

She will qualify now, subject to her passing Life in the UK and English Language test.

In fact she qualified immediately after securing the extension in 2013.

Hi there,

My spouse is in a similar position as uzibzi's where she applied for dependant visa in Oct 2012 but got it from March 2013 to Sept 2015. She had joined me in 2006 and has been on PSW & Tier 1 dependant visa before the current dependant visa. I got my ILR in March 2013 too and we have a daughter who is a British citizen. Can she apply under Set(M) or something different and if different which should it be?
