RE: Returning on Tier 2 Visa - Sponsor Tasks

Apologies in advance if this question has been answered somewhere in this forum- however I could not find it in any posts.

I left my previous employer & my job in the UK in 2013. I was on aa Tier 2 ICT Visa.
I am now planning to re-enter the UK on a Tier 2 General Visa. Based on the skills that I have this should not be a long process to land a job, however a number of the recruiment consultants do not seem to knwo much re the amount of work involved for the sponsor.
My question is - Considering that I already exist in the UKBA databases, is the process much quicker for the new sponsor the second time around? Except for providing the resident labour market test, is there much work for the sponsor to do?
