He may well face some questioning, but they really will not be able to refuse entry.

My worry is that they will refuse entry even with a Valid Visa..as they may not believe the Visa is real..Should he take the re consideration letter that was given to him when he appealed the ECO's decision..?

How does he deal with them when they ask questions I really hope he will not be refused entry.

They can only refuse entry if, as you say, they think the visa was fraudulently obtained. There is no harm in bringing the letter with him, but he really shouldn't worry - it takes an awful lot for them to refuse entry. If they did, he has an in-country right of appeal, so they would grant him Temporary Admission until it was dealt with - which would juts take a phone call to the ECO.

Please don't worry. He needs to relax and just tell the truth.

Thanks very much for your kind words..these past few months have been the worst in our lives and now he is so close to coming back I do not want him to go through any more trouble on the way in..so hopefully nothing will happen and they will let him through.
