city and guides a1

Hi

I just wanted to check..with the city and guides test is there just one certificate for boyh listening and speaking or are there two different certificates.

My husband has received his listening certificate but not speaking and its been nearly two months. All other paperwork is ready we are just waiting on the second result and its so frustrating!!!
