Am i eligible for ICT - Short Term visa?

Hello Dear Experts,
I have joined a company in June - 2014. I had travelled to UK on Skill transfer visa(valid till March 2015) for 2 months
from Oct-2014 to Nov -2014 and left UK on 30th November 2014.

Am I eligible for ICT - Short Term visa(1 year)

(1) After June - 2015(considering the fact that i spent 12 months in the current company? or

(2) Is it after Nov - 2015(considering i left UK in November -2014)?

Cool-off will apply in your case. Hence, you can return to UK after Nov-15.

Thanks for your response. I heard that my two months can be cdeducted after june instead of waiting till november. I mean, by june i will complete one year + adding two months, shall i be eligible? Kindly clarify.

I don't think so. Read clause 30.27 in the T2 sponsor guidance:

Just to add, the cool-off of 12 months will not apply if you return on ICT Long term visa. However, your organisation should be ready to pay the minimum salary for this visa (which I think is 41,500 p.a.).
