My employer has conducted RLMT for Tier 2 General this way -
Advert 1
In Feb - The job was posted on local news paper for one week under job section
In Feb - When no suitable responses received, they posted the job on newspaper website for 2 weeks
Still no suitable responses received.
Advert 2
In Mar-April - Job was again posted with higher salary on JobCenter plus and other job sites with default closing date of 60 days (No closing date mentioned in the description though). It's been 30 days since the second job advert placed on JobCentre and jobserve
My employer has mentioned both Advert 1 and Advert 2 details in the restricted COS application.
Now UKVI asked all copies of job posting but my employer does not have any screenshots of Advert 1, but only have receipt from the newspaper as an evidence that the job posting was placed. This said, my employer have all screenshots of the Advert2 so we can send to UKVI.
Now I have questions which need urgent answers please -
1. The job posting is still active, so is this okay?
2. There is no closing date mentioned so (Can this be a rolling recruitment program)?
3. Do we still need to send details of Advert 1? (the salary of which was lower than advert 2)?
Kindly advice - It's urgent.
