hi everyone first of all thanks for responding to my emails,
I have question, as I am EEA national and resident in UK for many years I am entitle to apply for benefit, however I have not, because if I start receiving housingbenefit and all others shorts of befenit I might be eligible to recieve I am no longer indepenteds and I think this is what they call public found. Therefore I am supporting myself, partly with help from my familiy members from abroad. The only thing I donot know is wheter disibility allowance, is a public fund, or not. ?
