Tier 2 Minimum hours...

Hi everyone,
I know its this question has been asked many times before but I haven't found any convincing answer hence I'm posting again.

'what is the minimum number of hours you can work with Tier 2, I know hours are pro-rated according to salary but what If my new employer is willing to give me the SOC salary for my 3 days work?? so If I mention my number of hours as 28 in my application with right SOC salary code will it be accepted??
