Tier 2 Dependant New born kids visa application from India

Hi Friends,

I think this question might have been asked before in this forum but I could not find a definite answer hence posting this question.

My question is regarding the timelines for applying for new born baby visa from India.
We are expecting our baby and have decided to have the delivery in India. I am on a Tier 2 General. The baby is due in September and my visa expires in 2016. I wanted to know the following:

1. Procedure to apply for the kids visa from India?
2. Timelines around this procedure.
3. Documentation required for the application.

If anyone has gone through a similar situation, kindly share your experience.
