Appeal dismissed,Urgent help needed please

My appeal is dismissed by FTT...the reason was lack of experience and genuineness of business..although I provided all docs ,contracts with customers,bank statements and other required docx with my application..bt still they stick on same refusal reasons...I have my 4yrs and 2 months old son born in Uk..can anyone suggest me please what would the best option for me...it is highly devastating for me and my family
1.should I go for permission to appeal to UT or
2.new application in the same category or
3.If my 2nd application rejects,then can I still go for Flro or not

Any suggestions will be highly appreciated

I think you should for appeal rights first it will kill more than 3 months, if not successful then go for fresh application in same category

I am going to apply for permission to appeal in FTT first. Let see wt happen
I want to know how long 2nd application processing time takes and if 2nd application is also rejected by HO,then will i be able to make another application ,i know not in the same category but in any other like flro or as a student

I don't know how long it takes in 2nd application as I am waiting since 5 weeks
I am not sure whether we are allowed third time, do u have any info on that.......

Hi bizz123,
I know that we can't do next (third)application in same category bt if HO refuse 2nd time as well than we can go for JR or can apply on any other grounds like human rights or family life etc. I have advised so...coz it depends on everyone's own circumstances.

I know u got interview date 11th May. Don't worry! Everything will be fine,just prepare yourself to answer them and please keep updating us
