HELP HELP EEA FAMILY PERMIT or what ?

I M BRITISH CITIZEN was living in Spain with my wife she is not european she residing legaly more than 10 years and working in Spain, she having permanent comunatario residency ID ( holders of residence cards Spanish. )
can she travel with it to UK ? and she is now pregnante. or do i need to applay for family permit from Spain,
what if she give birth in UK in the moment she hold familly permit ?
when she is in uk with family permit can i applay for permanent residence for her ?
or better to applay for seatalment visa from Spain ? ( i fund it hard for i m just now aplaying for work in uk as Dr and waiting my registration with GMC)

please i need your help
