IELTS Life Skills A1 test does NOT exist!

Hello,

I live in the Netherlands and I am about to apply for a spouse visa to UK. My wife is British. I am not a EU national.

I just figured out that neither the British Council in Amsterdam nor the British Consulate run a language test of the level of Life Skills A1 in any place in the Netherlands!

Even the immigration line in the UK (+441243213300) couldn't help.

Any advice on how I can solve this problem?
