What's the meaning of investing 200k in UK

dear entrepreneurs.
i want to apply for a T1 E route 200k from outside uk. as far as i know i have to invest 200k in the uk and create 2 full time jobs for 12 months. to extend the visa after 3 year they will verify the business, the jobs, etc....
my question is:
Do i have to blow up this 200k in order to be qualify as someone who invest 200k? or it means put this amount of money on the company's account ?
can anyone please tell me what it means? i dont find myself very comfortable with just spending the money weather things are working out or not.

Hi

you need to invest this money to your company. spending and keeping it in your company account.
you cannot buy property
you cannot use it for your residential accommodation

after 3 years you need to show that how you have done with this 200k , how it is spent and remainings in your company account.

also there is no need to transfer or invest this money at 1 shot.

to apply for this visa you need to show that you have 200k available in your bank account, by providing a letter from bank.
