Tier 2 ICT extension

I am currently on Tier 2 ICT (Established Staff), cos start date 3rd April 2011 and visa start date as 6th June, 2011. I entered UK on 07th July 2011 and already spent continuous 3 years. The CoS is provided by my current employer.

I have few queries.

1) Can I extend my visa unlimited times if my employer agrees to provide CoS?
1a) If there is a limit then how many years?

2) Can I get ILR on my current visa T2ICT (ES) after completing 5 years stay?

3) Can I change my current visa to T2G if I manage to get different sponsor?
3a) If I change my visa to T2G then will my current stay ( from 07th July, 2011 to till now - 3 years) be counted within 5 years for ILR requirement OR it will be reset and I have to stay another 5 years for ILR?

4) Is there any way which you can suggest to get ILR from T2ICT (ES) visa considering my current status?

Since your visa was granted before 6-Apr-2011, you can extend it any no. of times as long as your employer is ready to provide a CoS.

No.

3) Can I change my current visa to T2G if I manage to get different sponsor?
Yes.
3a) If I change my visa to T2G then will my current stay ( from 07th July, 2011 to till now - 3 years) be counted within 5 years for ILR requirement OR it will be reset and I have to stay another 5 years for ILR?
You will need to spend 5 years under Tier 2 (G) for ILR.

4) Is there any way which you can suggest to get ILR from T2ICT (ES) visa considering my current status?
Either find a sponsor & move to Tier 2 (G) OR stay with your current employer and apply for ILR under the 10-year residency rule. Please note that rules for either route can change anytime. These options are as per current rules.
