flr FP refused please help

Hi, please help. Brief history of my case.came to the UK in 2001 on 6 months visa- overstayed till encountered by police in November 2014 for common assault against my wife of 9 years ( married in 2005 in UK by Islamic law and didn't register marriage in the UK. Have an 8 year old daughter with her.applied flr FP in February 2015 and refused end of April 2015 with appeal in 14 days. UKBA said I did not prove genuine and substantial relationship with daughter. Please help with what do say next as I have t as I am stuck. Thanks in advance

Well exercise your right of Appeal.

If you are in a relationship with this woman, whom you had the Islamic marriage with, and you are living together as a family unit, why is UKVI saying you are not in a genuine relationship with you child.

The thing is she is on discretionary leave until end of June 2015 same thing for daughter. She did not support my application as our relationship has broken down.
