Tier 4 Student Visa to Tier 2 (General) Dependant

I am currently studying a Phd degree under Tier 4 visa. My husband is working with a Tier 2 (General) visa.
I would like to change my visa into Tier 2 Dependant.
Can I do that inside UK? How long would that take and what documents are needed?
Any insight or past experience is appreciated.
