tier 2 to tier 1

hi guys
i need small help and advice
right now i am tier 2 visa but i got frustrated on this category coz of umbrella company they charge you a lot we do work hard and end of the month they get money just for nothing i am thinking to switch from tier 2 to tier 1 Entrepreneur
already i have completed 7 years in this country just need 3 years more please suggest me what category i can switch from tier 2
please advice me really highly appreciated

You cannot switch to Tier 1 (General). But I think that you may switch to another Tier 1 category.

Umbrella companies are illegal and their sponsor licences are being revoked all the time.
Have you thought of trying to find a genuine T2 sponsor?
