Help with Issuing Cos Please help

Hi All,

I am on Tier -2 Visa my visa Expires on 08/08/2015,
my company is willing to give me a cos again. I am the only person so they don't have a consultancy.
according to our forums i requested the cos. now its showing a 1 cos in our limit.

Please guide me with the next procedure.

my previous cos has 30k salary now my salary has increased to 32K do i need to update this before issuing cos.

I am in a real confusion please help me...

the company has to assign a CoS to you before you can apply for the extension.

Note that minimum salaries increased on 6 April 2015. See:

according your reply on my another post I requested Cos,

1) Can you please tell me the next process, that my manager needs to do
2) Does he need to go to workers area in ukba SMS management site and and assign one to me. ?
3) does he need to update my new salary any where or if he mentions that in extension cos is that fine.

the company has to assign a CoS to you before you can apply for the extension. If your manager is a Level 1 user of the SMS he should know how to do it, it is not your task to teach him. Your present CoS has been used and is no longer relevant. The salary in the new CoS must be according to the current codes of practice.
