Tier-2 Visa Curtailment/visa cancel Urgent Plzz

Hi,
I got my Tier -2 visa on 01/01/15 ,I have paid my Taxes and NI to my employer in jan 2105 and looking for a contract jobs ,last 2 months i haven't paid my taxes to my employer and my employer informed me that he informed HO to cancel my Visa as taxes are not paid for two months .my question is if I receive a Curtailment letter from HO can I still be able to apply for permanent jobs and find a new sponsor ,if i find a sponsor how do i need to justify the gap of last three months as my employer will be giving references from Aug-2014 to 31 jan 2015 ....

Any suggestions will be appreciated.

Income tax and NI contributions should be deducted from your salary by your employer under PAYE. What you mean by "taxes" is probably the cut your employer gets from your income. If they are an umbrella company they are operating illegally and their licence may be revoked.

If your visa is curtailed you can still try to find a new sponsor and, provided you are successful, apply for further leave with a new CoS (RLMT will be required unless the job is a shortage occupation). Your visa will be curtailed to 60 days from the date UKVI make the curtailment decision, not from the date your employer informed them of the termination. Make sure UKVI have your current address and steer clear of umbrella companies.

i think what the OP means is, he may or maynot have a contract job, he is paying for the income tax and NI from his own packet to the sponsoring company. In which case, what you are doing is illegal.
