Tier 2 renewal / ILR / Citizenship with Police Caution

Hi,

I have seen a couple of posts around this question but none concluded with clear answer so here my post again.

If a person on Tier 2 (General) visa is arrested by police and given a Caution letter for Common Assault, no conviction, no court, how does it affect

1. Renewal of Tier 2 (General) visa in 22 months time from the date of Caution letter issued. If a renewal is possible but should be after say 24 months etc. from the date of Caution letter, please specify
2. ILR eligibility after 25 months of the Caution letter
3. British citizenship eligibility

I am not asking for a Yes/No answer but appreciate any thoughts on if it is completely impossible or not.
