To surrender indian passport

To surrender indian passport we need to visit in person to the vfs office and no post applications are not allowed. It is really inconvenient, for naturalisation we apply by post. Another thing HCI need to consider and make things easy for people.

We need to take a day off and visit to the center travel all cost money.
