Cooling off period for Tier 2 ICT

Hi,

I had a long term visa migrant from Dec 2013 to 31st Jan 2015. In this period I did not travel.
My CoS was also applicable till 31st Jan only.

Is there something that stops me from applying for a Tier 2 short term migrant or Tier2 long term migrant visa.

Is the cooling off period applicable for me?

Since you did not travel on your original visa, the cool-off will not apply in your case.
