Applying again for family visit visa

My parents got 6 months visa after winning appeal in first tier tribunal Visa from 15th Dec to 15 Jun for 6 months, they both visited me for 2 months and went back last week. I want them to come back ASAP can anyone please let me know how early we can apply for Family Visit Visa again.

And also do we have to apply for 2 years visa?
