Hi everybody,
Just went through the Tier 2 application form (paper) that I will be using for my Tier 2 (General) extension application in a couple of months time. I may very well be entirely wrong here but I think I have spotted an error in the "Section N" (English Language) of the form.
The link to the form: https://www.gov.uk/government/uploads/s ... _04_15.pdf
Question N1 states, "Can you Satisfy the English language requirement?" If Yes then go to "N2" otherwise go to Section "O".
Question N2 states, "How will you show that you meet the English language requirement at either level A1, B1 or B2 of the Common European Framework of Reference?"
Since this is my extension application, the relevant option to me appears to be: "evidence previously submitted/considered to automatically meet - Go to question N4"
So I then proceed to to N4, However, question N4 then goes on about the English language test etc. which I think is wrong as the answer (above) to N2 question should have lead me to N6 i.e. the option to choose: "I currently have or was last granted leave as a Tier 2 Migrant and have previously sent evidence of meeting the English language requirement in an earlier application".
I will appreciate your comments on this please as you guys would agree that it's best to avoid making any errors while filling in the form.
Regards
Mansoor
