UK returned now want to apply to europe

Hello,

I was in uk as student then had psw visa. Thereafter I applied for entrepreneur visa, but no answer in 10 months so I withdrawn my application and returned to India.

Now I want to apply for student visa in europe for further study. But I am worried about my stay in uk without visa when I was waiting for entrepreneur visa decision. I know it is legal stay but will other countries consider that was legal?

In my passport there is no stamp of deported/removal. If the form ask that I was stay anywhere after visa, then should I declare this ?
