Parking fine urgent Help

hi Guys,


I am going to apply for application tomorrow and need uregently advice on parking fine i received last year in March 2014 before my ILR (12th May 2015), which i paid it to council staright away (35 pounds) , no points or any other convictions from court.
I am confuse if i still need to mention that in my application form , as i probably lost the fine slip.
