within 15 working days for additional documents?

Post by robsters » Wed May 13, 2015 11:14 pm

So we got my wife's temp eu card and wanted 4 extra documents for the eu1 form but did not see the small sentence on the back of the letter saying "within 15 working days" i am posting this tomorrow it be about 3 or 4 days over 15 days, but its taken about 2 weeks to get these extra doucments they require, also says that a decision would not be made until september and that be according to the paperwork on file.....any advise here would be great.

A lot of people expierenced similar. Just make sure you send by recorded or if not get confirmation that they've received them. There's nothing to worry about.

@ robsters, you can send an email to this email address: eutreatyrights@justice.ie and address it to the name of the person in the letter requesting for these additional document, explain your situation and ask for additional days to be able to provide the requseted documents. Please always quote your application reference number, GNIB number, department of justice number if applicable, your full home address and your full name in the email otherwise you won't get a response. I did that about 6 years ago and i was given an extended grace to submit the document.
