Hello,
I married my Nepalese husband in 2011 in Nepal.
I am French Citizen, unemployed in receipt of Employment Support Allowance.
I have been in a long standing Depression and Anxiety as well as IBS.
I am on heavy medication everyday. And I am not able to work, I am incapacited.
So, in 2011 they refused the entry clearance to my husband, on the ground that as a EEA member I was not working.
How am I supposed to work, with my mental health, which has gotten worse.
So, I try to go to live in his country, I was so sick, so I came back.I have been going back and forth to Nepal to be with my Husband.
And now with the critical situation in Nepal, and all the damages in this Country due to the Earthquakes, I have no other option to bring him over.
I am so distressed, as I ask many Lawyers who say, if you do not exercise your treaty right, they will refuse entry to your husband.
Please can you help me, is there any organizations who can intervene, for people with Mental health, who are married with a spouse who live abroad.
I am getting even worse, there must be a way, to go around this Discrimination, that's all it is!!
Thank you for any support or Tips
Bye
