Work Permit Sponsors needed

Hello All,

I am in urgent need of some guidance regarding the work VISA sponsorship.

I am a Tier 2 ICT dependent and currently employed in UK as a software developer. My husband who works in a different company has his work about to be completed and is asked to move back to India in 2-3 months. However the visa is valid for next 1 year.

How can I get some company to sponsor me for a Work Visa so that I can continue to work here. Never looked into this option before so I dont know how this sponsorship works. Are there any agencies/companies that can sponsor me so that I can obtain a work visa or change my current one. Any pointers?

You have to find an employer to sponsor you. They will then need to conduct an RLMT to prove there is not a settled worker who could do the job. Provided you pass that, you would apply for a Tier 2 General from your home country.
