Tier 2 dependant application appointment from india

Can I submit my Tier 2 dependant application online before getting my marriage certificate for taking an appointment with VFS(Bangalore, India) in June 3rd week? I will be getting my marriage certificate in June 2nd week and will submit this at VFS office along with my application.

I ask this question because I am unmarried at the moment and the application form asks me my relationship status. Should I be filling this as married because when i submit the application at the VFS centre, I will be legally married with a marriage certificate.

I would want to take the appointment for my wife (to be) before going to India so that I can get a date whilst I am there. Any pointers to how long before a particular date will i need to book an appointment for the vfs office in bangalore.

If you are sure of getting the marriage certificate, you can do it. Select married as the status.
