AN INVITATION TO UK

Hi all,I was wondering if someone could give me an advise.Im am from non-eu country and my husband is on student visa in UK.We visit our family every year, but I would like my mother to come and visit us aswell.I recently had a baby and it is not easy to travel with a baby, so it would be better for my mother to come and see her first grandchild.Becouse we are not british residents we can not invite anybody to UK.We have close friends from EU country who are willing to help us.Can they invite my mother?How long does it takes and what documents do we have to provide?
I would appriciate your advise.

You can invite your mother to visit and be sponsors of the visit visa.

Hi Hannah - in my experience, it's very easy to travel with a baby! They don't care where they are or any changes in their environment.

We took our son to Israel when he was 5 months old, and Madeira at 11 months. We also took him to Israel when he was 18 months old, and have just got back from a UK holiday (he's just over 2 years old now). I think it's getting harder - he wants to run around all the time, and he found this recent week away a bit disconcerting, because he's so much more aware of his surroundings.
