Tier 2 (ICT) - ILR application - Employer letter format

Post by ilrapp15 » Fri May 15, 2015 7:28 pm

Hi,

I entered UK in Feb 2010 and have completed 5 years in the UK. Based on the rules I should be eligible to apply for ILR.

My employer doesn't have a policy to apply for ILR so it's going to be difficult to get a letter issued. I would like to know what is the minimum and must details that should be included in the letter.

With regards to absence from the UK, I have not been out of the country for 180 days in any of the year. Does the leave information still required on the letter? or could I provide my passport pages copy to prove that?

Would a bonafide letter from the employer and copy of the current CoS be sufficient?

It would be great if I can see some successful applications employer letter formats.

Thanks
D

There is no fixed format, the requirements are in immigration rule 245GF(e)(ii) and 245GF-SD/B
