Tier 2 ICT to ILR

Good Morning
iam from INDIA.

I came to uk as Tier 2 Intra Comapny Transfer VISA on Jul 12 and My VISA expires on Jun 15(next Month) but my sponsor company has closed 2 month before so i don't know what to do.

Here i have 2 question if you answer it would be helpful.

if i get sponsor from other company can i change from Tier 2 Intra Company Transfer VISA to Tier 2 General VISA without losing my continuity period in uk.

If i continue here for 5 years am i eligible for ILR?
example i finished T2 ICT 3 years and will continue 2 years in Tier 2 General visa.

Please suggest me which is the better way i can proceed?

As my sponsor company has been closed still i have 6 more months visa,can i continue to work on same client for 6 months?

Tier 2 ICT applied for after 6 April 2010 no longer leads to ILR. To switch to Tier 2 General, you would have to serve a 12 month cooling off period outside the UK.
