Application for Reconsideration

Hi,

I had applied for Naturalisation and it was rejected as I provided A1 certificate instead of B1. Can I apply for reconsideration? If so to which address do I need to send my documents?

Will they re consider my application or do I need to apply again as a fresh one ? I don't want to loose a big amount again.
Can someone please help me out ASAP.
