Tier 2 General 5 Year Visa

Hi,

I'm planning to switch to Tier 2 General 5 Year visa. Currently on Tier 2 ICT Established staff(valid from 13/04/2011) and extended for 2 years.

To apply for 5 Year visa, I understand that CoS validity should be for 5 Years.
Is there any other restriction/document required in addition to 3 year visa?

no, but you'll have to pay a higher fee for the 5 year visa and the IHS will also be more
