hello everyone
Can someone please advice here ? asking for my friend "My wife and kids came to uk in 2012 !me and my kids get ILR 2013 !my wife applied to extend spouse visa after my And my kids ILR .my wife applied visa then done biometric then refusal visa because solicitor put wrong application my wife tie 2 visa visa finish 2013 July then I put application home office flr then she done again biometric then again refusal . Home office say in refusal letter you apply late so my solicitor apply TSOL( law at the heart of government ) we got judicial review acknowledgment letter now 5 months result come refusal and today home office call and ask to my wife you want stay or want go back country she say want stay my child at school I am working so what happen what can I do advice me can my wife get visa ! Can she stay good advice and give me good solisiter name and number" please thankx

he said this is human rights thing (flr) and he got judicial review acknowledgment letter but after 5 months still his wife got refusal. thats why can she re appeal again or what??? please help.

You appeared to have suffered from very poor advise.
How come you kid acquired ILR without your wife?
How old is your kids?

How come you kid acquired ILR without your wife?
How old is your kids?
He said they came here 2012. during his ilr time solicitor said only kids n your ilr can apply so he did same n when his wife's visa extension time the solicitor filled the wrong form (tier 2 dependent supposed to be lir dependent form) so she got refused. again during appeal time another solicitor summited late again refused n now she applied for human rights again refused. so thats the matter happened to her. their kids in 2012 just 5 year old and another 4 years old.
