I would like to get advice for my situation.
I got an offer letter and contract back in Oct'14. The company gave me the CoS in Nov'14 and made my Visa application. As soon as I had the visa on hand (Jan'15) I informed HR to know by when I should start working and quit my Job in Mexico but after several emails from me asking about the start date they replied back saying projects were on hold for several reasons and asking for my patience.
Since end of January I was waiting to know something and last friday got an email saying that they couldn't find any position for me and the visa was canceled.
Of course I replied back saying contract states at least to have the probationary period of 26 weeks, Visa expenses to be reimburse to me. The offer was conditional to getting the visa, which I already have with 3 years validation, etc... As of today no response and wanted to check how can I get legal advice to make them meet the contract, and also if they canceled the Visa and I am still in Mexico in case in a near future I get another sponsor is there any restriction to apply immediately for another Visa? i.e 12 months, etc?
Hope somebody from the forum can advice.
