Additional Ground Of Appeal

I applied for eea2,but my application was refused.
I appealed against HO decision.
My appeal will be heard on next month, third week.
I have already submitted my statement of ground. I received my appeal bundle.
Could I send additional ground of appeal, as I think i got some issues to be raised, that occured in course of time. Could you please give the exact refference of the section.
