How and when i can apply residence card of spouse

I AM FROM SPAIN LIVING IN LONDEN SINCE JAN.2015 NOW I HAVE STARTED TO WORK IN LONDON , MY WIFE (SHE IS RESIDENCE HOLDER OF SPAIN) IS COMMING TO JOIN ME NEXT WEEK IN LONDON WITH FAMILY PERMIT VALID UP TO 10.08.2015. WHEN I CAN APPLY FOR HER RESIDENCE CARD AND WHAT DOCUMENTS DO I NEED FOR HER FOR APPLYING RESIDENCE CARD IN UK.
ALSO DO I NEED TO COMPLETE AND SEND SAME FORM FOR MY REGISTRATION IN UK SAME TIME ? THANKS. TARAR

You don't need to apply for a residence certificate if you don't want to. You can apply for your wife's residence card as soon as you have proof that she is living in the UK, e.g. name on a utility bill/a bank account/letters from her doctor etc. More details on the documents are available on page 114 of the form onwards. This is because you are already exercising treaty rights.

I moved to the UK in August 2014 and applied for my partner's EEA residence card at the start of October 2014. We got it by Christmas.

As a rough guide: you will need both of your passports (or ID card for you), proof that you are exercising your treaty rights (working) in the UK (e.g. contract/payslips/letter from your company), proof of marriage, proof that you are both living in the UK, passport pictures.
