Hi guys I just wanna ask I got T1 50k Nov 2013 then I add 2 employees coz business was new I need 2 employees for initial set up both guys worked for me complete whole year now 1 of them has left does it fulfill the extension criteria or I need 2 full time employee in 3rd year simply I hire 2 employee in first year so the employee creation has been fone or need 2 employee in 3rd year thanks

Yes it fulfills only a part of employment creation requirement.As you said you had 2 people for 1 complete year. You must also bear in mind the employed person should be a british or EU citizen or must be setteled in UK. Should earn atleast minimum wage.
