Restricted CoS Salary and No. of hours

Hi,

My employer is in process of applying T2 General through Restricted CoS with SOC 2137 and Salary of £25,000 p.a.

Can the no. of working hours per week be 37.5?
I'm confused with my friends case where no. of working hours per week is 39. I searched other posts where working hours per week is mentioned as 39 or 40.

Is £25,000 salary enough to apply for 5 Years visa?
There are restrictions around applying as new entrant/experienced.

Should I produce my earlier employment references? I was working(on different work from the job that I'm going to take) 6 years back, then took a long break after marriage, now finished Post Graduation and planning to work again. Will this cause any complexity in visa application process?

Salary of £25000 is for 39hrs working per week. If it's less than or more than 39 hrs, salary will
be calculated on pro rata basis.
Yes, your working hours can be 37.5 per week.
