hi ,
I am british Citizen and want to bring my wife in uk but i applied for the year of 2010 and 2011 tax return from HM Revenue . Is it going to make any problem on my wife's settlement visa?

Do you mean you haven't submitted a tax return to HMRC since the tax year 2010-2011? You need to post a clearer explanation.
