EU wife moving back home living in UK for 3 years

Hey every one, hope u all are in good health,

marriage with EU national 2012.
got RC for 5 years in 2012
both working full time since.
marriage is also registered in her country.
it will be 3 years of marriage in july.


we living together happily but she want to go back her country and settled there we have a bit money now, and i want to stay here, bcoz i got good job, so my question is if she leave, do i have a rights to live here, she planing to leave in next year, we dnt want divorce, is it possible to get rights without divorce, she just want to live in her own country. and can visit till i moved in her country.

i hope somebody out there will help thanks in advance

If you have a lot of money then why don't you convince EU national partner to stay here and try to provide/arrange same thing which she looking for in her own country. For example if she want to study/miss her family/need rest from work etc, same can be arranged here. Planning for non EU national to
live in EU national country especially if it is eastern Europe requires too much hurdles.
