Hi,

I am a newbie to this forum. This might had already asked and answered but could not find the thread.

I would be on Tier 2 ICT short term i.e. employer sponsored visa. Now I am checking the feasibility of converting it into Tier 4 student dependent visa.

Is it possible to convert when I am close to Tier 2 ICT short term and in UK itself?

Does the new cooling period of 8 months applicable while above conversion?

If so, can someone share any official url and processing times for it. TIA.
