Hi folks,

I'm in the process of applying for a dependent visa to join my partner. Do i need ielts?

Applying from : India.

Hi

No, you dont have any language requirements to apply as a dependent.

Hi there,

I'm in Tier 2 Visa and one year gone. Still 4 more years to go.I came to UK 2010 Jan.
Now My husband in dependent visa and also he came to UK in 2009 Jan.
he went India volunteer regarding visa issues and he came back within 2 months on dependent visa.
My question is below
If he switch to Tier 2 visa and he is eligible for 10 years legal visa?
