I am a mexican living in france with a student visa, my boyfriend who is spanish was living with me but had to leave to Cambridge to work. Since my studies finish at the end of August we will start living together again in October, after some vacations in Mexico.
But, we have been looking the ways for me to stay with him and since we just lived together for one year in France, I can not apply for an extended family visa, so the only solution we found is to get married.
I have read a lot of information about it, but I really do not understand how long will it take us to get married and for me to be able to work. Also, would it be possible for us to get married before I leave France or do I have to be living in the UK with a fiance visa?
