Hi,

Can someone please help regarding my problem?????

My husband in the UK from 2007. He is eligible to apply for 10 year route. My post study visa expiry on August 31,2014. My company is willing to sponsor me that why we applied for tier2 visa without sponsor licence and we applied for licence for my company 2times.
unfortunately, my company didn't get the sponsor licence. Now we need another 16 months for this 10 year route. How can I buy some time now?

Recently I got biometric letter from home office. If we give biometrics our application will be rejected? Any suggestions is much appreciated?????
