Please help me with this query too. I am on a tier 2 general visa for the past one year. I found another employer who is offering me a one year contract. Initially they were confused if I will be new entrant or experienced worker category. They contacted home office and found I am under 26 and this new offer not gona go over the total stay 3 years of tier 2 visa so its new entrant.
Now they got another question,If they want to offer me another contract after this one year ( I dono how long) I will be over 26 at that time. Whether I will be new entrant at that time or experienced worker.
Please help me with this query too guys.
