a regional language newspaper in india have a large communty in the UK would like to set up a base in the UK. how can they set up here. also, can the journalist come here [any special visa for them] to set up in UK. please help with the details .

many thanc for yr kind reply. victora, how can u help me pls? the newspaper already have good circulation one of the state in india , also, large community base inside the UK. having talked with the association inside the UK , they all expreessed their feelings to have a newspaper [our language] inside the UK. couple of them here are business people and they are ready to sponsor teh journalist from there. how can we proceed with the sole representative? what all documents we need provide from here? pls reply victoria
