Requirements for FLR (M) visa

Hi Casa. Sorry to jump in to this conversation please.

Could you please guide me what should I do in the following situation:

My wife came here two years ago on Tier 1 Dependant visa and we have two British Children. I am on ILR(10yrs).

For the first 9 months my wife only has NHS letters but later she opened her bank account and I got her name added in the utility bill as well. To cover the first 9 months, I got letter from my letting agent confirming that we both are living in that property since may 2013. Do u think these two letters (letting agent and NHS three letters) can cover the first 9 months. Also should I attached the NHS Maternity exemption letter or is it going to cause any problem?
From my side I have enough letters to proof that I am living there since last 2 years.

Many Thanks
ZR

zzzindagi This is completely different situation and bears no relation to the OPs queries regarding switching from a fiance visa. Please start your own thread to avoid this one becoming too confusing.
